Thanks to a New England Ski Museum brochure, we now know a great deal more on this ski area that operated in Quincy. A rope tow, length 840', was in operation before 1952 on the Furnace Brook Golf Course. On February 20, 1952, they had good conditions on packed powder surfaces with a 4-8 inch base.
