This small ski area on Hobbs Hill had a rope tow, tobogganing, and a shelter. Delmore has a few memories of this location: "I remember that it was there and it wasn't very successful. It never had a lodge, just an old farmhouse that may have sold a few hamburgers and hotdogs there.
