Hogback was one of the longest lasting, classic family ski areas in the state of Vermont. Operating from 1946 until 1986, hundreds of thousands of skiers enjoyed its trails and slopes over the years. It is located approximately 16 miles west of Brattleboro, Vermont, and was easily accessed by Route 9.
