Introduction ~ By the Year ~ Historical Imagery ~ Memories Introduction This ski area went through several names and nicknames. It was founded sometime near 1940, as a listing the Massachusetts Paradise for Winter Sports brochure mentions this area as Sheldon Hill, with two rope tows. The ski area was one of the first to offer night skiing in the early 1940's.
